Works the inbox as mail lands — she wakes the moment something arrives, reads it properly, and drafts what needs saying.
Approval on every send — drafts come to you with approve / decline. Nothing leaves without your yes — there is no off switch.
A memory that lasts — your clients, your preferences, what you told her in March. She keeps her own notes and reads them every time.
Your diary — she answers "when are you free", and arranges meetings that only land with your approval.
Reads the paperwork — spreadsheets, contracts, PDFs and slide decks sent to her as attachments.
Her own character — pick from the team or describe the tone yourself; she sounds like herself for life.

No contracts

Monthly, cancel any time from your account page. Billing stops immediately — you are never charged for an employee who has stopped working.

Leaving is clean

Cancel and she pauses; delete and her mailbox, memory and every working file are gone within 30 days. That promise is written into our data protection notice.

Questions people ask

Is she really an AI? Do my clients know?

Yes and yes. She introduces herself as an AI at first contact, her emails say so, and it isn't a setting. We think pretending otherwise is both dishonest and, in much of the world, illegal.

Can she send something without me seeing it?

No. Every outbound email and every diary invite comes to you first with approve / decline. The only exception is mail addressed to you — she doesn't need your permission to talk to you.

How fast is she up and running?

Usually minutes. Checkout creates her mailbox, her memory and her job description, she reads your website, and her first email to you is her introducing herself and asking the questions a good new hire asks.

Where does my data live?

Her work is processed by Anthropic in the United States. If you need UK or EU data residency, we're honest about it: Devil is not the right fit today. Details in the data protection notice.

What can't she do yet?

She can read documents but can't yet attach files to her own emails, and she works over email and your diary — phone calls and WhatsApp aren't there yet. We'd rather tell you now than have you find out later.
